My Story
Hi there! I’m a busy working mom juggling life, work and two wonderful, sports-obsessed kids—a 13-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter. Oh, and we’re vegetarian, which means I’m also a pro at sneaking protein into meals and answering, “But where do you get your iron?” for the millionth time. Spoiler: We’re doing just fine.
This blog is my happy little corner of the internet, where I dish out everything I’ve learned (and am still learning) about raising happy, healthy and fit kids. I started this blog because, let’s face it, I was already deep-diving into parenting hacks, meal ideas and fitness tips for my own kids. Why not share the good stuff?

When I’m not blogging, you’ll find me cheering on my kids at their sports games, experimenting with new ways to cook tofu (because apparently, I can never have too many) and dreaming up our next family getaway.
